To amend title 23, United States Code, to authorize a hydrogen powered vehicle to exceed certain weight limits on the Interstate Highway System, and for other purposes.
This bill allows vehicles powered primarily by hydrogen fuel cells (or by a combination of natural gas, electric batteries, or hydrogen fuel cells) to exceed certain weight limits on the Interstate Highway System.
