Upholding a Secure Postal System Act or the USPS Act This bill requires the Government Accountability Office to investigate nationwide patterns and instances of theft of mail and U.S. Postal Service (USPS) property and report to Congress. Any such report must include a description of any measures that the USPS has in place to address, and recommendations on how the USPS and Congress can combat, such theft.
