This bill prohibits federal funds being made available to the World Health Organization (WHO) until the President (1) conducts an investigation to determine the level of Chinese Communist Party influence over the WHO, including any influence regarding the origin of COVID-19; and (2) submits a report to Congress containing the results of the investigation.
