Helping Homeless Veterans Act of 2023 This bill permanently extends the following Department of Veterans Affairs programs and services: treatment and rehabilitation for seriously mentally ill veterans and homeless veterans, housing assistance for homeless veterans, financial assistance for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program, a grant program for homeless veterans with special needs, and the Advisory Committee on Homeless Veterans.
