Additionally, courts that administer the oath of allegiance during naturalization proceedings would be required to permit USCIS to conduct voter registration activities without seeking reimbursement for their costs. The bill authorizes funding for these voter registration activities through existing immigration fee accounts, grant programs, and new appropriations as needed to implement the changes.
