To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to extend the requirement for State Medicaid plans to provide coverage for medication-assisted treatment.
Extending Access to Addiction Treatment Act
This bill extends through September 30, 2035, the requirement that state Medicaid programs cover medication-assisted treatment for opioid-use disorders. (The requirement is set to expire on September 30, 2025.)
