Unemployment Trust Fund Accountability Act This bill requires any state that received advances from the Federal Unemployment Account in the Unemployment Trust Fund and owes more than $1 billion as of January 1, 2023, to report on how the state intends to repay the funds. The report must be provided to Congress and the Department of Labor no later than 90 days after the bill's enactment.
