Medicare Organization Report Enhancing (MORE) Summaries Act This bill requires the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation to test a model under which explanations of Medicare benefits are sent more frequently to beneficiaries, either by mail or virtually, and through which the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services annually evaluates how well beneficiaries are able to identify fraud based on explanations of their benefits.
