The bill would also establish requirements for organizations offering these programs and sunset the current Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program Expanded Model on January 1, 2025. The Secretary must report to Congress by January 2028 on the program's impact on participation, weight loss, health outcomes, and diabetes costs.
