This bill officially names the visitor center at the Sheriff's House in New Castle, Delaware, part of the First State National Historical Park, the "Thomas R. Carper Visitor Center." The designation would also apply to any future building that replaces the current center and serves as the park's main visitor facility. Any government documents, maps, or official records that refer to this visitor center would need to use the new name going forward. The bill does not involve new funding or set any implementation deadlines, as it simply changes the facility's official name in honor of Thomas R. Carper, a longtime U.S. Senator from Delaware.
