Uyghur Forced Labor Disclosure Act
This bill requires an issuer of securities to regularly disclose whether its supply chain uses Uyghur forced labor. Uyghurs are a Muslim minority group living primarily in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China.
