The Artificial Intelligence Acquisitions Act of 2024 requires federal agencies to create and maintain a public list of artificial intelligence products and services that pose national security risks, specifically those involving software, chips, or services from countries like China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, and Syria.
