The Entrepreneurs with Disabilities Reporting Act of 2024 requires the Small Business Administration to study and report to Congress on the challenges faced by entrepreneurs with disabilities who are starting or running businesses. Within 180 days of the law's enactment, the SBA must submit a comprehensive report that identifies the specific obstacles these entrepreneurs encounter, evaluates the resources and support currently available to them, describes outreach efforts through regional offices and business centers, and details any collaborative efforts between the SBA and other federal agencies. The report must also identify gaps in existing support and recommend legislative actions needed to address the barriers entrepreneurs with disabilities face. The bill does not authorize any additional funding for the SBA to complete this work, meaning the agency must conduct the analysis using existing resources and budget.
