The reports must also document the length of environmental impact statements and how long it takes federal agencies to complete environmental reviews, tracking trends over five to ten-year periods. These reports will be published on the Council's website, submitted to Congress, and include the underlying data so the public can access detailed information about how NEPA affects federal decision-making and project timelines.
