Dr. William W. Sullivan TRIO Upward Bound Student Stipend Support Act of 2023
This bill increases the maximum stipend for students participating in the TRIO Upward Bound Program. Additionally, the bill requires the stipend to be increased based on the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index.
