Holcombe Rucker Park National Commemorative Site Act
This act designates Holcombe Rucker Park, in Harlem, New York, as the Holcombe Rucker Park National Commemorative Site. The act also allows the Department of the Interior to enter into cooperative agreements with appropriate entities (e.g., New York City) for interpretive and educational purposes related to the site.
