Institutions receiving grants would be required to report annually on program outcomes, including the number of student parents served, their enrollment status, graduation rates, and completion data. The legislation includes priority considerations for programs that use sliding fee scales, leverage non-Federal resources, coordinate with community programs, and integrate services with early childhood education courses that may provide academic credit to participating students.
