This concurrent resolution authorizes the use of Emancipation Hall in the Capitol Visitor Center on March 21, 2024, for a ceremony to present a Congressional Gold Medal collectively to the 23rd Headquarters Special Troops and the 3133 Signal Service Company, collectively known as the Ghost Army, in recognition of their dedicated wartime service.
