This bill extends and expands the Never Again Education Act, which supports Holocaust education programs run by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. It reauthorizes federal funding for the program through fiscal year 2030, continuing support that would otherwise have expired. The legislation also directs the museum's Director to conduct a nationwide study, beginning within 180 days of enactment and completed within 18 months, examining how Holocaust education is taught in a representative sample of states and school districts. This study must assess curriculum requirements, teacher training, instructional materials, use of museum resources, and how thoroughly schools teach the history of antisemitism and its modern manifestations. The Director must report the study's findings to Congress within 180 days of completing the research, giving lawmakers updated information to guide future Holocaust education policy and funding decisions.
