This bill authorizes the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to accept a transfer of approximately 58 acres of land near Dayton National Cemetery in Ohio from the Montgomery County Land Bank at no cost to the federal government. The land, located across from the existing cemetery and bounded by McCall Street, South Gettysburg Avenue, and U.S. Route 35, is intended to be used for cemetery expansion. The Secretary must begin the transfer process within 30 days of receiving an offer from the Land Bank and must complete the transfer within three years. The bill does not require the VA to acquire any other parcels or enter agreements with any other entities, and there is no specific federal funding amount mentioned as the land is being donated at no cost.
