This bill establishes two new subaccounts within the Indian Water Rights Settlement Completion Fund to help the federal government meet its financial obligations under various Native American water rights agreements. The first subaccount, focused on operations and maintenance, would receive $34 million annually through October 2033 to support water delivery and infrastructure needs for settlements involving the Ak-Chin Indian Community, the Animas-La Plata Project, the Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project, and Snake River water augmentation.
