Additionally, it removes time limitations on burial benefits for Medal of Honor recipients, authorizes the VA to provide group burial markers at shared burial locations, and expands cemetery eligibility to include certain veterans who fall short of minimum active-duty service requirements along with their spouses and dependent children.
