The agencies must submit an initial report to Congress within 30 days of the bill's enactment that assesses the effectiveness of existing partnerships and identifies any gaps in their fentanyl-fighting efforts. Following the initial report, the agencies must provide updates every six months to keep Congress informed of ongoing developments. The reports can be submitted in unclassified form with optional classified annexes to protect sensitive information.
