This bill redesignates two facilities at Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park in New Jersey in honor of Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. Specifically, it renames the Great Falls Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge to the Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge and Overlook Park to Congressman Bill Pascrell, Jr. Overlook Park. The bill affects visitors and staff at the national historical park and ensures that all government references to these facilities use the new names. There is no funding or specific timeline mentioned in the legislation, as this is a ceremonial redesignation of existing structures rather than a new appropriation or program.
