Each report must describe the nature of the repression, assess foreign government involvement, detail U.S. government responses including diplomatic measures and law enforcement actions, and identify trends and patterns. The unclassified reports will be publicly available, with sensitive information provided to congressional committees in classified annexes, and the bill authorizes whatever funding is necessary to implement these requirements through December 2030.
