The visa allocation would cap South Korean applicants at up to 10,500 per fiscal year, sharing the same annual limit currently used for Australian applicants, so if Australia uses fewer visas in a given year, South Korea could use the remaining spots. The bill would take effect 180 days after it becomes law.
