This bill directs the U.S. Postal Service to replace exterior signage at the Ronald A. Robinson Post Office in Little Rock, Arkansas. Specifically, the Postal Service must remove any signs displaying "Forest Park Station" and replace them with new signage reading "Ronald A. Robinson Station," which will be provided by The Heights Neighborhood Association of Little Rock. The neighborhood association must submit the proposed signs within 180 days after the Postal Service provides them with the applicable signage standards, and the Postal Service has 90 days to complete the replacement once it accepts the signs. Importantly, the Postal Service bears no cost for this project—the neighborhood association must cover all expenses for the new signs and their installation, and the building owner must provide written permission for the changes. The bill was introduced by four Arkansas representatives in September 2026 and referred to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
