The Intelligence Community Technology Bridge Act of 2025 creates a new fund to help businesses and nonprofit organizations move promising technologies from the research stage into actual prototypes or products that the U.S. intelligence agencies can use. The bill prioritizes small businesses and nontraditional defense contractors, authorizes $75 million annually starting in fiscal year 2026 with a cap of $75 million in the fund at any time, and requires annual reports to Congress on how the money is spent and what results it produces.
