The Director's reports will be reviewed by the Archivist of the United States, the Secretary of the Senate, and the Clerk of the House of Representatives, who are required to meet and discuss the findings within 60 days of receiving each report and whenever new officials take office in those positions. The bill does not include new funding requirements and establishes ongoing reporting obligations beginning in February of the year after enactment, with reviews continuing annually thereafter.
