The DISPOSAL Act directs the General Services Administration to sell or lease six specific federal office buildings in Washington, DC, including the Frances Perkins Federal Building, James V. Forrestal Building, and Theodore Roosevelt Federal Building. The agency can sell these buildings at fair market value or enter into ground leases of up to 99 years, with the option to relocate federal agencies currently occupying them to other locations and lease back the buildings for up to five years.
