Additionally, within one year, the Defense Department must launch a public online dashboard that updates twice yearly with information on cleanup funding, status, timelines, and community contact points for each affected military site. The bill essentially aims to make PFAS contamination cleanup efforts more transparent, coordinated, and efficient across the military.
