The "No Relief for Allies of Dictators Act of 2026" authorizes the Secretary of State to revoke visas and impose entry restrictions on foreign individuals associated with the governments of Venezuela, Cuba, Nicaragua, and Bolivia. The bill targets current and former regime officials, party members, and anyone who acts on behalf of, aids in repression by, or assists these governments, as well as their spouses and children. Individuals covered include former Venezuelan officials under Hugo Chavez and current officials under Nicolas Maduro; former and current Cuban officials; current and former Nicaraguan officials and Sandinista party members; and former Bolivian officials under Evo Morales. Those subject to these restrictions become inadmissible to the United States, ineligible for visas, subject to expedited removal, and their existing visas can be revoked immediately. The bill includes a narrow exception allowing case-by-case consideration for individuals seeking to visit United Nations headquarters, decided jointly by the State Department, Director of National Intelligence, Attorney General, and Secretary of Homeland Security.
