This bill directs the Secretary of the Interior to transfer ownership of the Clear Creek Hatchery and its infrastructure to the Nisqually Indian Tribe at no cost. The transfer includes fish hatchery facilities such as ponds, dams, a fish ladder, springs, wells, and associated pipes, electrical systems, fences, and roads—all specified on two maps dated December 3, 2024. The Secretary must complete the conveyance within 90 days of the bill becoming law and finalize detailed maps and legal descriptions of the property shortly thereafter. The transfer is subject to any existing valid rights held by others, and the Nisqually Indian Tribe will have full ownership to operate and maintain the hatchery facilities.
