The Zeus 95 Memorial Act directs the Secretary of the Army to place a monument at Arlington National Cemetery honoring crew members of Zeus 95 who were killed in action on March 12, 2026, during Operation Epic Fury. If space cannot be found within Arlington National Cemetery, the monument may instead be placed outside the cemetery's entrance. The monument's design must be approved by both the Secretary of the Army and the Secretary of the Air Force, and it will be located on a non-burial plot. The Secretary of the Air Force must agree to cover all costs associated with site preparation, construction, installation, and ongoing maintenance of the memorial. The bill waives standard restrictions on monument placement at Arlington to allow this tribute to the fallen crew members.
