The resource guide must be completed within one year of the bill's enactment and updated at least every five years, then distributed through SBA offices and partner organizations like women's business centers and small business development centers that work directly with child care providers. This legislation aims to help child care providers—particularly sole proprietors and those with limited business experience—access practical information to operate their businesses more effectively.
