The bill authorizes $100 million annually for fiscal years 2025 through 2030, with 10 percent of funding reserved specifically for Indian tribes, and prioritizes grants to communities with the greatest need, particularly those benefiting disadvantaged areas. Grantees must submit annual reports documenting their activities and the effectiveness of their resilience programs.
