The task force must submit annual reports to Congress detailing hate crimes, prosecutions, ongoing threats, and department efforts to address anti-Sikh discrimination, along with comprehensive five-year summaries, and will meet quarterly with Sikh community organizations. All public materials will be translated into Punjabi to ensure accessibility.
