Referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in addition to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
This bill requires all natural gas pipeline companies to assess their systems within three years to identify any pipes made from Aldyl-A polyethylene, a vintage plastic that has known safety problems.
