The bill requires the State Department and Department of Homeland Security to revoke visas within 30 days of determining someone is covered under the new rule and to prioritize their removal, while also establishing enhanced screening procedures within 180 days and requiring annual reports to Congress on implementation. The legislation would apply retroactively to all pending applications and anyone previously admitted to the United States.
