The SBA must make these materials available in multiple formats and languages through its offices and websites within 180 days of the bill's enactment, while coordinating with civil rights experts, immigration law specialists, and federal agencies to ensure accuracy. The bill prohibits the materials from blaming business owners for compliance errors or discouraging anyone from using SBA services based on immigration status.
