The Secretary of State is also empowered to increase rewards through the Rewards for Justice Program for information about these schemes and to publicly attribute activities to North Korea through coordinated international statements. The bill requires the State Department to submit reports to Congress within 180 days of enactment and annually for two years thereafter, detailing efforts to combat these activities and recommending additional measures.
