A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend an Act to repeal and replace the charter of the City of Fairmount, approved April 17, 1975 (Ga. L. 1975, p. 3136), as amended, so as to provide that future mayors shall be elected to four-year terms of office; to conform compensation provisions with general law; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
