No PACs, party committees, or other political organizations contributed to Gluck's campaign. Maryland 2026 House fundraising has been dominated by a handful of big-money campaigns. David Trone leads all candidates with $26.2 million raised, a figure that dwarfs the rest of the field. Gluck ranks well outside the top tier. His $102,176 represents less than one-tenth of one percent of the more than $335 million raised across all Maryland federal races in the 2026 midterm fundraising cycle.

Gluck is running as a challenger, and his numbers reflect a common pattern for non-incumbents: little outside support and heavy reliance on personal funds. With just $224 cash on hand and no organizational backing, his campaign faces a steep financial climb compared to both incumbents and better-funded challengers in the state.
