Individual donors drove the bulk of LeMoudes' fundraising, contributing $39,497, nearly 89% of his total haul. Political committees added $4,025, and his party kicked in $1,000. He reported no loans, no debts, and no refunds issued to donors or committees.

After spending $29,883, LeMoudes closed the reporting period with $14,638 in cash on hand. His campaign spent roughly 67 cents for every dollar raised, a relatively lean operation at this stage of the race.

The $4,025 in committee contributions represents about 9% of LeMoudes' total receipts. His party contribution of $1,000 came from Republican committee sources. No additional breakdown of individual PAC or organizational contributors was available in the current FEC data.

Incumbents vs. Challengers

The financial gap between incumbents and challengers is stark across New York's congressional map. The state's top-funded candidates are almost exclusively incumbents, with Ocasio-Cortez and Jeffries alone accounting for more than $45 million in combined receipts.

LeMoudes is running as a challenger in District 22, where he faces incumbent Democrat John Mannion.
