In 2024, PACs contributed $407,500 of his $710,124 total. In 2022, PAC money totaled $427,350 out of $962,334 raised. Lynch has not taken any candidate loans or party contributions in any of the four most recent cycles on record.

Seth Moulton leads Massachusetts candidates with $4,255,536.62 raised, followed by Edward J. Markey at $3,804,689.34 and Daniel Arrigg Koh at $3,515,780.19.

The total raised by all Massachusetts federal candidates this cycle stands at roughly $157.7 million, meaning Lynch accounts for less than 1% of all state federal campaign fundraising. His $1.18 million cash on hand, however, gives him a significant financial cushion heading into the primary season.
