American association of airport executives (AAAE), founded in 1928, is the largest professional organization for airport executives in the world, representing thousands of airport management personnel at public-use airports of ALL sizes. AAAE's primary goal is to help airport executives fulfill their responsibilities to the airports and communities they serve, to enhance industry professionalism and help airport executives stay ahead of the growing demands placed on them, to represent airports before congress and the federal government, to provide vital communication links among airport executives to help them perform their duties on behalf of their airports and communities, to provide appropriate recognition to individuals who have made significant contributions to the airport management profession and to the communities they serve, to further pursue research and development in the airport management industry, to provide fast and EASY access to training and information for the member.
