As collective bargaining representatives for the state and municipal employees, we are committed to acheiving dignity and respect in the workplace for our membership. In addition to protecting member rights through collective bargaining, we serve as an advocate in disputes involving working conditions, pay, performance evaluations, and other work-related issues.
