See schedule OTHE foundation was created to encourage and promote online giving by providing donors with an efficient and convenient means to donate electronically and from which to recommend grants to their favorite charities.the foundation was established with the intention and purpose that it will be operated as, and shall at ALL times constitute, an organization described in section 170(b)(1)(a)(VI). The foundation is particularly focused on efficiently integrating with corporate employee giving programs and will otherwise seek to educate employers concerning, and to promote, corporate social responsibility and generosity by individuals. The foundation will also seek to maximize the convenience of charitable giving by corporations and their employees, while at the same time minimizing the overall administrative costs associated with such giving. The foundation's principal activity will be providing charitable grants to qualified charitable beneficiaries.
