Serving children and families since 1992, arrow child & family ministries (arrow) is honored to provide child welfare and education services for abused and neglected children, and families in crisis, programs include: child/family services, residential programs, and specialized education. Our mission: to help kids and strengthen families. This form 990 is that of the central organization (ACFM) of the combined group of arrow. ACFM provides centralized services such as accounting, human resources, continuous quality improvement, information technology, shared facilities usage, and management to subsidiary locations.
