The purpose of the foundation is to improve and enhance the quality of the bradford campus of the university of pittsburgh through grants for various academic, educational, cultural, sports, and recreational programs, and to promote faculty development through grants for sabbaticals, seminars, research; and other educational programs for faculty improvements.
